So here we are a brand new shiny shiny shiny new TOPlist, actually its the old very first one but more secured After some security problems I had to replace the new shiny TOPlist with a more shiny new old shiny new one.
Whats the point?
Show case some sites you might have missed or not heard about, so if you got a Palace site: SIGN UP! You can have the best site ever but if nobody knows about it it will take years before anyone comes.
So you might wonder how is the ranking calculated? Well let me explain:
Voting: everybody gets ONE vote, before we could all vote every 24 hours.
Rating: Everybody can rate a site once, and now you can add a rating button next to the voting one.
Ranking: Ranking is calculated by the following numbers:
Votes 90%
Hits 01%
Rating 04%
Clicks 05%
With any luck this is a simple and fair way, however people should realise two important things:
NO votes witout a voting button or link.
NO palace protocol support!
So you have to have a html page if you want to link. It is possible to script a html page that links to a Palace. Will post if anyone wants it.
RING: The toplist has a Palace Ring option, it lets you put a Palace TOPlist ring code on your site. Linking to other people on the TOPlist, might be fun to use but i guess thats up to the users.
