Well this is pretty simple but you need dive under the hood so to speak so I hope your a bit familiar with windows.
Open a plain text editor, notepad is prefered.
(don't use word or any other wordprocessor, it will mess things up even more)
Now try and locate the file Palace.ini, It should be on your C: drive in the folder Porgram Files / Comminities / ThePalace.
You might have some trouble finding it when windows is hiding extensions, this will cause files to be called just "Palalace" without the .ini
You can use the search option in your Start menu to locate the Palace.ini
Now drag this file to Notepad and scroll down. At the end of the file you will find a bunch of numbers that represent the size and postion of all your Palace windows. It will look something like this:
Code: | [Windows]
Main=161,161,640,480
Log=161,568,400,150
Main32=165,5,526,524
Toolbox32=117,24,41,449
Log32=695,9,273,523
Costume32=406,146,450,234
Log32Open=1
BuddyList=450,20,638,313
Prop32=0,0,300,223
Advertise32=1487,1138,113,58
Edit32=66,120,385,378
RoomList32=706,619,250,200
UserList32=425,614,250,214
Bookmark32=110,314,350,190
SoundList32=217,352,250,190 |
This is the line you want:
It is your prop window, positioned in the top corner at 0 pixels from the top and 0 pixels from the left.
223 Pixels wide and 300 Pixels high
You can actually just copy paste this line replacing your own it should fit your screen.
Make sure you save the file back as Palace.ini in ASCII or plain text format and open your Palace client. Your prop windows should be back to the size and position you just put in. Of course now you can resize and reposition it to the place you want it.
If you have trouble locating the file you can actually search for this line in windows:
good luck hope this helps. |
