Theres is going to be a grand opening of my palace called The Hive, It a Resident Evil palace.. Its open right now, But right now its a free unhosted palace. The Grand Opening will be the opening of the hosted palace. I am getting it hosted as soon as possible. There is no official date yet but i'm just letting you know... I would tell the you palace addy for it but sadly the addy changes everytime i sign on the internet Sad . That is one of the main reasons why i need to get it hosted, i need to have an official addy for my palace, because everyday i tell my regulars the addy so that they can sign on and then the next day i have to do the same thing..

Anyway, I will update on a date for the Grand Opening, Thanks for listening! Very Happy

Heres is my personal AIM, ZombieShadow99
(If u IM me please say ur from palace planet, because i block people i don't know right away.)

You can always use a DynDNS service and put the media on a website. On the other hand if you get more then 10 regulars its a good idea to get Linux server

Resident Evil the movies lol... Part 2 was ok, Part 1 was kinda sad...

I like the storyline of the games/books more myself. Movies to me are often the result of some nut who takes all the 'key terminology', and spins off some kind of self-made dillusion that it's the same thing or better than the original. Take the "Hackers" movie for example! A lot of REAL computer terms and language, but the actual movie was completely bullshit! There was only 1 part where anybody actually did any REAL HACKING! The part where the main character studies the machine code of the file that was downloaded in like assembler terms to understand what exactly the program was doing. The only way to do that too is to know how the CPU works in a machine that's running the program. Intel for instance opens their Op Codes & Nuemonics via a publically downloadable Adobe PDF. But not all machines on the net are 'Intel'!

The games/books went more indepth as to the origin of the viruses in the mix of the plot. The movies are nothing more than 'Night of the living dead' with modern gore/music/special effects, similar terminology, and similar character names. The virus was only suppose to re-animate RECENTLY dead. Yet in the Apocolypse movie they had skeletons coming out of the graves in the Cemetary... and the graves didn't look fresh either! Again, BULLSHIT!

I enjoyed the movie too, but I'm one who has read all 8 books in the series.

I see they're doing the afterlife movie now... this is a major flaw... wtf?
Whiesker died before nemesis in the books... he took place during the mansion thing -- the mansions destroyed... what are they doing with the plot line? If they were going to do this movie -- they should have done it right in CHRONOLOGICAL order!

In My Humble Opion (Confusing Acronym: IMHO) I like the books more, it was as consistant as one could get to the video games -- there were 8 books -- and they were much more detailed. They were awesome -- I enjoyed the books much more than the movie.

The movie is just "another cool" action movie based upon a book or video game; nothing more.

You're just one of very few people Jon who enjoys reading something for the sake of a good story. Why read the books when these people who hate reading can just 'plug into a movie'? Why think outside of the box? Why bother learning anything that isn't necessary?!

exsactly! lmao.. i'm so lazy... but i mean i like the movies because i'm a big fan of fighting and weapons and marshal arts... and in the books u can't get fighting scenes. I have actually learned a couple fighting moves from resident evil. also my dream job is to be an actor.

Yes you can, it's called an imagination. In your mind you can draw anything you want, without commercials!

As for the 'why bother learning anything that isn't necessary', that was merely sarcasm. If you took that seriously, then you just proved my point how people don't know shit these days.

I guess your new to this "forum" thing.

This is what we learned about you so far:

You have to much time
Not enought imagination to fill it
To lazy to get any
And to spoiled to follow any advice

So here is some more advice:

Less caffeine/sugar/uppers..... more vegetables.
