Ah now I see what the deal is ROFL. He's filtering users out by User Agent strings on the web-browser. My Custom Debian/FireFox/Linux User Agent gets blocked! Only the IE User Agent passed, native FireFox, Opera, Netscape 4.8, etc. All FAILED! So much for being 'free'!

Yup loads without a problem, now I have one suggestion:

Get rid of the stupid registration for downloads. Your site is called Palacefree its very silly to make people register for any Palace downloads when they are as free as our sites name. Laughing

You have absolutely NO use for all those registered users anyway.
Trust me i got 8200 and nobody was ever forced to register, it might be nice for your ego but its pointless. Only a very few actually logon, the ones that want to post something wil register anyway. Cool

Anyway good luck with your site. Wink

My custom User Agent string is still blocked... but native FireFox strings work. What's wrong with wanting to use 'Mozilla/5.0 (X11; MEPIS 3.3 Debian GNU Linux i686 2.6.10; en-US) Gecko/Firefox/1.0.4 (palacecommunity.com)'?

Bad bots? Dude, do you realize how easy it is to spoof a User Agent to beat that? It's easier to spoof a User Agent in a 'bot' than a 'browser'. You're only doing yourself harm! If you really wanted to block that stuff then do one better, initiate a 'robots.txt' into your main website directory, and block ALL (*) User Agents with that from directory: /. Even 'wget' and other various search engines will respect the 'robots.txt'.
