Ok, I download palace server 4.5.1 off the palace.com for bsd, I couldnt get logs, and when the palace started up one time it would only allow me to stay for ten seconds.
Then I got an emulation for redhat , downloaded and installed the linux version, 4.5.1. Configured everything to the best of my knowledge. Started up the server. The same problem. This time I had logs though and got the error: servmon error 2 (no such directory or file)
I hope this doesnt have anything to do with bsd, but I'm sure it does.
Thanks a lot I appreciate it. I will try to respond quickly if you need more information. But I think I covered most of it.
Everyone have a good night:morning: |

Ages ago my Palace server was on BSD but that was version 2.6.1 I think. To be honest I have no idea, I know how to get Palace working on Linux and can only asume BSD works pretty much the same.
"no such directory or file"
I asume you chmod everything correctly and checked the paths? Sometimes it helps to set permissions again.
You started the Palace with ./start-palace in the bin directory right? |
