To make things as painless as possible for everybody here are a few tips:
Use SEARCH before asking anything, most questions have been answered before: http://www.palaceplanet.net/PNphpBB2-search.html
Trouble connecting? search for Connecting or connect in the forum, problems with scripts search for scripts or scripting. etc.
If you want info, we need some info from you as well. Not everybody uses the same words or names for the same thing so please be as specific as possible. This way we can help you in the best possible way.
Please add the following info when you ask any questions:
-The color of your hair 
-Type of computer: Memory, Operating system (Windows, Mac and wich version)
-Exact discription of the problem, what software you use and what you have tried to do.
-Please also add info about any programs running in the background like
norton, maccaffee or other virus scanners.
-Make sure you have searched this FORUM here iss the link:

and please check the manuals on the website. Most questions have been answered many times before.
