Yes it is true, this is another GET LISTED! post, actually I finally got the Palace toplist back up after a long battle with server hosts.
Its pretty effective, sign up, upload your banner (468x60 pixels) and it will create the HTML you need to put a link on your site. You will get a load of nice stats from this and some good exposure.

Remeber to put the html link you get from the site on your website so people can VOTe for YOU! This is a active link and all hits and votes for your site will show up on the toplist... yeah its really cool!
