I am not sure I have the right vocabulary for this question... but here goes! I know you can track users that come into your palace via log and track/ban list. Is there a method by which you can "see" if a registered user is ANYWHERE online in Place? Is it possible to find out who is online in ANY palace at any given time? Not just at your own palace? I have had a friend how has "gone missing" and I am wondering if they have "moved" to another palace. Privacy aside,*winks*, technically can I track them?
Thank you in advance for your imput. *crossing my fingers* |

I don't think there is any technical language for "i'm looking for a friend'
There used to be this dinky toy called friend finder, it was a stripped down palace client that went from palace to palace to list all users.
Nobody liked it because it was very weird having some unknown ghost enter and exit your palace. Most Palace owners banned the IP and the guys who ran this robot shut it down. So I'm afraid the simple answer is: only by looking around yourself can you find someone.
We used to have a forum on the old board for "lost friends" where people post and ask if anyone knew where so and so was. Maybe an idea to start again? |
