Greetings.
I have been on palace for about one year.
I recently have experianced a issue when visitng palaces that " some " of the background pictures will not load.
But if they send me the picture it loads up just fine

I have removed palace, fully, and reinstalled,
I see Mac versions have had issues that I am having for Windows

Could anyone, give me some instruction or adivce Please
thank you
respectfully submited
Jade

I have been on palace for a few years now and have found that problem once in a while myself.

- It could be a misnamed picture .... it happens we are all human Smile

-Have you tried removing the picture from the media folder and re-opening palace to try again? I find that most times this fixes the problem without reinstalling.

-Last one I have found is a corrupt image... IT is EXTREMELY rare but it can happen .

-If all else fails try a reboot and try the steps at least once more:)

Other than making sure your drivers and such are all up to date if you are running Win 98 or under I would suggest using Older verson palace 3.5

I hope this sorts it out for ya Smile Or gives you some understanding.. I still get in the dark about many many things!
