If you want info, we need some info from you as well. This way we can help you in the best possible way, so please add the following info when you ask any questions:
-The color of your hair 
-Type of computer: Memory, Operating system (Windows, Mac and wich version)
-Exact discription of the problem, what software you use and what you have tried to do.
-Please also add info about any programs running in the background like
norton, maccaffee or other virus scanners.
-Please search this FORUM and the manual section on this website. Most questions have been answered many times before.
