Ok so here it is... I first had a problem with getting people to come on... Finally I worked my way through it through all the post i have read on here...Now im having problems with loading pictures up I have cable modem but thats not even what i care about right now... What I care about right now is everytime I close the Pserver I have to put another Reg code in and start all over...I am totally stomped here... i tried redownloading the Pserver but thats not the problem any clues out there?
Are you using Vista? Sounds like your Palace.reg does not have writing permissions in the Windows folder so it will not write it to disk. In other words, Palace will function in memory and when you close it it doesn't write anything to the disk so you have to start allover every time you startup.
If you have Vista, you missed the post where they explain how to set administration rights :) If possible set the Palace server up to have administration rights.

Took me awhile to actually find the thread on here but i found it talking about vista and you were right as usually on most of these forums. I aslo figured out that vista has security features as well to not let people get onto my media files even with my firewall shut down so I had to make a account on the net to store my pictures and take them from there.... very complicated i must say... i remeber when I had windows 98 making my palace i just started it and started making my palace...not with vista
