Description: The Periwinkle and XSIA Sound Limit Plugin.
SoundLimit is a palace server plugin which controls the use of sound
commands which might cause certain clients to crash. Its major functions
include:
* Limiting the length of sound names to 31 characters
* Limiting sounds to one per utterance
* Suppressing sound file names which match regular expressions read
from a file. (New in version 2)
* Limiting the number of face changes to 2 per utterance (Why this
feature is in soundlimit is an interesting historical anomaly.)

Description: Wordfilter is a palace server plugin which allows member and guest input
to be scanned for forbidden words. The input scanned includes, normal
chat, whispers, room messages, global messages, screen names, and room
names. If a forbidden word is found, the user's input is suppressed.
In addition, optional messages are sent to the server log, and to the
logged on wizards.

Description: There's a new linux pserver plugin Bill Frantz has been working on for me called
PlugAll and its just been completed.
You can control:
prop dropping (how many, stacking, and piling)
spoofing (@x,x)
chat (whispered or to the whole room)
repeated chat (whispered, to the whole room, and duplicate `page)
roommsg
face / color changing
movement
sliding
spotstate changing
All the above are controlled with a config file and can either be limited or totally
stopped. You can also choose what type of room each one is enforced in, public, private,
member, all, or none.
Additional features:
`rowner checks to see if a user already owns a member room before attempting to transfer
ownership.
Null, carriage return, and * characters are not allowed in member names. Blocking the null
and carriage return prevents wizards from getting the user not found error when trying to
pin, gag, list, etc.
Gods and Wizards are exempt from all limits. Check out the demo settings.
