Did you reboot your system?

If you did all that there is not a lot more you can do, can people enter your Palace now? Did you check the Palace directory to see if your Palace info makes it to the directory? Room cont, user count etc.

It is normal if you get the occasional message from the server saying it can't connect to the directory. The server will try to connect every 15 minutes.
