Ive been using Phalanx onVista Basic for 2 years now and have never had any problems running it or any problems with props at all.I think that one thing that is recommended that I do with most older software is that when you do install the software you right click on the exe file and go to properties and there is a compatibility window where if you tell it to run as tho it was running xp-sp2 ive found that programs run wayyyyy better.try it.
