Umm - its been a while :-)
I was a registered palace user in 1997 ( had to pay in those days :-) )
Havn't been back since!!
There seem to have been a few changes! For a start its free now!! :shock:
We had some great Toga parties and (sadly) the first online funeral I have been to...... :(
I am looking for some of the old crew..... There use to be a palace that was based on a space station... and thats about all I remember.
Great crew of people ( 20's to 50's). USA based. ummm .. my avatar in those days was a small jumping kangaroo ( caused dreadful lag - animated gif :lol: )
Tried the few directories I could find searching under space station - no luck.
Also used to be a newsgroup for the palace on its own server? still around?

TGS was active, you can find Rob around Palace he hangs out at "the Castle" City Slickers place. Commander Bond is still around, we run a Palace server help list together. Not sure where Dr. Crusher has gone, Wizzard has passed away I'm sorry to say. And you should check out the http://www.24hop.org website the hop has still a lot of oldtimers showing up and helping out.

Do you remember any of the names? That helps a lot, most oldtimers still meet up or know where others are hanging out.


Anyway, welcome back :)

I remember Commander Bond and Rob as TGS regulars. Sorry to hear about Wizzard.....:-(
Dr Crusher seemed to be running TGS at the time, and I have found the "homepage" but seems TGS went inactive a couple of months ago.... Have an email for Doc from another BBS so I have tried to contact her from there.
I will try to catch up with Rob and Commander Bond...
The Castle I remember ( assuming its the same one!) but City slicker... original Nick?

Yep it useed to be Castle Red dog, the casttle under a fool moon and a few othher variations. citty Slicker has beeen around for ever as well andd if you hadd met him you would know :P
