Hey, I own a palace called Mount Olympus. I've run it for several years, but latley I've had no time to maintain it or gain users -- so the userbase has died off.
I was wondering if anyone would want to be hired onboard to take over the task of getting it populated and maintaining it.
I'd still be the sole owner, however you can become permanent staff if you can proove your satisfactory.
The address is olympus-mt.com port 9998. If you're interested in taking up the project, post here or E-Mail me (jonkelley ()A-T() gmail.com)
On Friday the 17th Unknown Palace will be holding a insomniac contest. The object is to see who can stay up the longest. The three players that have been on the longest by the end of the contest will be awarded cash prizes. These prizes will be $20 for 1st place, $10 for 2nd place, and $5 for 3rd place. Complete rules will be available at the time of the contest. If you wish to participate you must be at the palace by 5:00 CST. The address to the palace is unknownpalace.fshosting.net port:9998. We all hope to see you there!

Only a few months later disaster struck: communities.com decided to stop Palace developement. A few old Palace developers who had united before this decided to make theyr project the center of Palace survival.
The Palaceplanet site was put on hold and we all worked hard to make palacetools a big succes. Sadly for strange and untold reasons the palacetools group decided to kill itself. All members got "fired" and the site with list ended up with a few people who really had no time to maintain it all.
Time to pick up the Palace Planet idea. After 9 months of hard work and learning some basic PHP in 2001 Palace Planet turned into a giant community portal. Many people volunteered to help out, but sadly only 3 people actually suported the site by donating work.
In the 5 years Palace Planet has been alive it did pretty... [Read More]
