Warning: This is my favorite movie of 2006 and at the moment one of my very very favorite films ever.

Children of Men paints a very depressing picture of the future. But its not something you want to switch off at any moment. Its a total thrillride, a non-stop road movie with so many incredible scenes i'm amazed at how anyone could imagine them, let alone get this made.

The film is filled with intelligent comments on our current day world, the characters are excellent and even (yes even... I always hated her in other films) julianne moore is good is in this film.

This is a MUST see if you love intelligent thought provoking exciting movies that do NOT explain things but leave it up to the viewer to make up their own minds. Definitely for the mature of mind, don't expect many answers from this film.
