On other vBulletin forums I can select at user contrel panel at Miscellaneous Options another language. But here I it isn't at Miscellaneous Options. Is it maybe possible to turn this option on?

Off course it can be turned on but right now English is the only language installed and would probably mean translating parts of the site to other languages. But its a good idea for the next step in the near future when the general look and feel of the site is worked out.
Any particular reason you would want this? Looks to me like you have no problems with English :) Feel free to add this to a feature wish list, maybe we should do this in a new post?

No indeed, I don't have problems with English.
But if there was Dutch I would set it probable on Dutch haha.
Also for the people who can't read English very well it would be a nice option.
Can you download language files from vBulletin or do you need to translate them yourself?

Nederlands is beschikbaar voor de liefhebber, of het je zal helpen bij alle engelse posts weet ik nie :P
Dutch is available for anyone who cares, if its going to help you with all the english posts i can't tell you :P
p.s.
Not all parts of the site are translated and some dutch translations mess up the layout.

So far translated 45 out of the 75 language pages.
But glad I could help lol
